Transmission of Personal or Confidential Data and Media
We ask our clients and partners to transmit all personal or confidential information through our secure, encrypted form. The data will be encrypted throughout the entire transfer and storage cycle. If you upload images on the website, we recommend avoiding uploading images that contain EXIF data with GPS coordinates. Visitors to this website can download and extract location data from these images.

Our client data is stored by Solutio through two reliable sources: Google Workspace and Zoho. Google Workspace stores data on encrypted servers in Google data centers, while Zoho uses only encrypted Amazon servers in the United States and soon in Canada. How Long Is Your Data Retained?
Since we like to maintain long-term relationships with our clients, data is kept indefinitely. This allows us to provide quick support when requested by our clients. However, this data is stored in our secure solutions.
For users who register on our site, we also store the personal data provided in their profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except for their username). Site administrators can also view and modify this information.
What Are Your Rights Regarding Your Data?
